History

temp Susquehanna Speedway was owned by Curvin L. "Bud" Bricker in 1965 when they first began selling french fries. Donnie helped his father run the race track and still found time to sell french fries on race day.

The business was expanded in 1974 to become Bricker's Concessions Food and Games when Donnie Bricker purchased his first carnival game.

In 1975, 10 additional games were added, as well as 10 fry trailers and Bricker's Famous French Fries began traveling with Jake Inners of Inners' Amusements which is currently known as Majestic Midways. The game fleet grew to over 40 game trailers until 1992 when the game units were sold and Bricker's returned to the exclusive sale of food products.

Currently, Bricker's Famous French Fries owns and operates in excess of 30 French Fry units available for catering your next special event!
